The American fit body way of training is done at a slow temple. Meaning that, we move at a slow temple & we do not rep it out. The reason for this, is that we will build more muscle in a shorter time frame.
This will allow the muscle to indore a safe weight & strengthen the body. In this video you will see short clips on body movements that we typically work on targeting 8 muscle groups for a complete full body training.
Our online strength training sessions are 30 minutes long.
