Sugar be gone! 

So,  you’ve taken the first baby step and removed all the sugar from your diet. You’ve done an awesome job starting your new journey to American Fit Body! 

I know,  its not easy but I’m proud of you just by trying. You might have slip here or there but the fact that your trying says a lot..  Let’s face it,  no one is perfect! 

Now,  if you’re still at lost.. Here are some suggestions for your journey. The trick to curve the cravings is to make sure you get enough water,  protein and fat in your diet.  

1. Water –  a gallon of water a day.  

2. Protein – should equal the goal weight. 

3. Fat – Good fats should be a percentage of weight goal.
