This prep has been the most interesting thus far. My journey to Orlando during the pandemic is one that will go down in history.Father’s Day June 22nd 2020, is A-day that I will not forget. Mostly because the day after I broke up with my boyfriend at that time and I had to start my prep for this show.Hudson river path – cardio sessionHe was everything that I wanted, He was a Professional middle weight Champion. He looked like me, he was interested in all the things I was interested in, music, movies, dancing, motorcycles, family, you name it he had but he was broke and had control issues. Which didn’t work out well for him. Eventually that took a toll on the relationship and we went our separate ways. When I started this journey, on the road to IFBB pro. I weighed in at 137, and we were in the middle of The Covid-19 19 pandemic. It couldn’t get any more challenging than this, All the gyms were closed, we were all out of work and I was training from home with free weights & resistance bands. With a no heavy weight to lift, my food had to be brought down to a formula.A formula that I can do for you to help you achieve your goals!Even with all the adversities I had mentioned above I tuned in and tuned out anything that did not assist with my goals. Today, I am 10 days out from my next show in Orlando Florida. I will be competing in the NPC TEEN COLLEGIATE AND MASTERS NATIONALS on October 13th.Take your mischance & turn them around, it will help you stay focused & in tune with your goals. Get a coach& surround yourself with like minded people. My point don’t let life get you down, things will happen, things will not always go your way… So keep pushing yourself to do better each day!
